Shipping policy

Our products fall into two categories. The first is virtual products delivered as videos. These don't require shipping; customers can download them directly from their order or obtain them by emailing customer service at support@sandportrait.com.

The second category consists of physical goods. These include traditional photo frames customized to match the sand art videos, digital photo frames that play the videos, and sand art tables used for learning sand art. For these physical goods, if they are in stock in our warehouses in the US or Europe, we will ship them locally, typically within 3 to 8 calendar days. If the local warehouse doesn't have the item, it will need to be shipped from China, which will take longer, approximately 8 to 15 calendar days.

If the delivery is simply the sand art video, it will definitely be shipped to you within 7 days of placing the order. Urgent delivery is possible in about 3 days.

Physical goods are generally shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed.
