2. The human subject is the focal point of this sand art piece; background scenery and other elements surrounding the person are omitted. If you require a detailed and accurate depiction of both the person and the background scenery, we offer a separate "Realistic Landscape Sand Art" custom service. That product aims to faithfully reproduce both the subject and the background from your photo, achieving the highest possible level of likeness.

3. Since this product is created using sand, the medium lacks the precision of a paintbrush; achieving a 100% exact replica of a photograph is impossible. Even a 70–80% resemblance is a significant challenge. If you require a 100% exact match, we unfortunately cannot meet that expectation, so we are stating this upfront. We ask that overly demanding clients please spare us—and save everyone's time—by looking elsewhere; what you are actually looking for is a camera or a printer, as you do not appreciate the nature of sand art.

4. The creation process is lengthy and demanding, as it involves simultaneously referencing your photo, creating the art, and recording video footage. The total time required—often involving pauses and restarts when we decide to erase and redo sections that didn't turn out right—adds up to at least several hours. This differs vastly from the seamless, condensed videos that show the process in just a few minutes or seconds. It is an intense mental and visual undertaking that requires immense concentration. Consequently, our fees are relatively high, and we appreciate your understanding.

5. As orders come in continuously, we guarantee a delivery time of 3 to 7 days.

6. Our pricing for personalized sand art portraits is based on the number of subjects; depicting two people doubles both the workload and the intensity of the work, yet our pricing remains transparent.

How to place an order:

First, please upload a photo—ideally a close-up or medium-shot portrait showing a clear view of the face.
If you wish to include a written message in the sand art video, please specify it clearly in the message field; keep the text concise, as the limited canvas size of the sand art does not allow for lengthy messages.
Once you have filled in the required information, you can proceed to checkout and pay just as you would for any other product. As this is a digital product, there is no need to provide a physical shipping address.
If you have any special requests regarding the delivery of the sand art video, please include them in the "Remarks" section; we will do our best to accommodate them, or notify you via email if we are unable to do so.

Delivery Standards:
We will provide two videos and one photograph.
The deliverables consist of one short video (approximately 30 seconds), one long video (lasting a few minutes), and a photograph taken after the sand art is completed.
In the short video, the layout features your original uploaded photo on the left; on the right, the top section shows a photo of the finished sand art, while the bottom section displays the condensed 30-second video clip. This short video is designed for easy sharing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
The long video offers a detailed look at the entire sand art creation process and lasts approximately 3 to 5 minutes; it is ideal for posting on long-form video platforms like YouTube.
You can print and keep the photograph yourself, or have us print it and frame it in a traditional frame to ship to you—our service is likely much more cost-effective than doing it yourself. Alternatively, you could purchase a digital photo frame to display the sand art video and your favorite photos on a continuous loop.

After-Sales Guarantee:
If, upon receiving the sand art video we created, you feel the portrait does not sufficiently resemble the person in your photo, we can make revisions and re-edit the video for you; however, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
