2. This sand art piece centers on the pet and/or person; background scenery and other elements surrounding the subjects will be omitted. If you require a detailed and accurate depiction of both the subjects and the background scenery, we offer a separate "Realistic Landscape Sand Art" custom service. That product is designed to faithfully reproduce both the subjects and the background from the photo, striving for a high degree of likeness.

3. As this product uses sand as the creative medium, its inherent characteristics prevent the kind of precision and fine detail achievable with a paintbrush; consequently, a 100% faithful reproduction of a photograph is impossible, and even achieving 70%–80% similarity is highly challenging. If you are seeking an exact replica, we regret that we cannot meet your expectations and wish to clarify this upfront. We kindly ask customers with overly exacting requirements to look elsewhere—saving time for both parties—as what you may actually need is a camera or a printer rather than the art form of sand painting.

4. The creative process is both lengthy and demanding, as we must simultaneously reference the photograph, create the artwork, and record the video. The entire process takes at least several hours and often involves repeated adjustments—such as erasing and redrawing sections—when specific details do not meet our standards. This differs significantly from the seamless, edited videos that present the entire process in just minutes or seconds. It is work that requires intense mental and visual focus; therefore, our fees are relatively high, and we appreciate your understanding.

6. Our pricing for custom sand-painted portraits is based on the number of pets and people in the image; creating a portrait of two subjects doubles the workload and complexity, yet our pricing remains transparent.

How to Place an Order:

First, please upload a photo—we recommend a close-up or half-body portrait that clearly shows the face; if a pet is included, please ensure the pet is clearly visible.
If you would like to include a text message in the sand art video, please specify it clearly in the message section; please keep the text concise, as the creative space for sand art is limited and cannot accommodate lengthy content.
After filling in the necessary information, you can proceed to checkout and payment just as you would for any other product. Since this is a digital product, no physical shipping address is required.

Delivery Standards:
We will provide two videos and one photograph.
The deliverables consist of one short video (approximately 30 seconds), one long video (lasting a few minutes), and a photograph taken after the sand art is completed.
In the short video, the layout features your original uploaded photo on the left; on the right, the top section shows a photo of the finished sand art, while the bottom section displays the condensed 30-second video clip. This short video is designed for easy sharing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
The long video offers a detailed look at the entire sand art creation process and lasts approximately 3 to 5 minutes; it is ideal for posting on long-form video platforms like YouTube.
You can print and keep the photograph yourself, or have us print it and frame it in a traditional frame to ship to you—our service is likely much more cost-effective than doing it yourself. Alternatively, you could purchase a digital photo frame to display the sand art video and your favorite photos on a continuous loop.

After-Sales Guarantee:
If, upon receiving the sand art video we created, you feel the portrait does not sufficiently resemble the person in your photo, we can make revisions and re-edit the video for you; however, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
