Unlike traditional oil paintings created with brushes, sand art requires a higher level of skill and a greater investment of time. However, the final visual result is captivating; in the edited video, you can clearly observe the artist's technique and appreciate their precise rendering of facial expressions and features.

Important Information Before Ordering:
1. This custom service focuses on realistic landscape scenes that include people. Unlike our dedicated "Portrait Sand Art" product, the depiction of figures here is not as detailed or lifelike. In dedicated portrait sand art, the figures are scaled up within the frame to maximize resemblance to the subject.

2. With this product, the scale of the figures from the original photo remains unchanged. If the figures appear in the mid-ground or background, the faces are naturally very small within the composition; consequently, it is impossible to replicate the facial details exactly as they appear in the photo. We wish to clarify this point upfront.

3. As this product utilizes sand as its creative medium, its inherent characteristics prevent the level of minute detail achievable with a paintbrush; consequently, a perfect replica (100% fidelity) is impossible, and even achieving 70%–80% similarity is highly challenging. If you are seeking 100% exact replication, we regret that we cannot meet your expectations and wish to clarify this upfront. We are unable to accommodate customers with overly exacting requirements—a policy intended to save everyone's time—and suggest you look elsewhere; what you likely need is a camera or a printer, rather than the art form of sand painting.

4. The creative process is lengthy and highly challenging, as it requires simultaneously referencing a photograph, executing the artwork, and recording video footage. The entire process often takes several hours; if any part proves unsatisfactory, it must be erased and redrawn. This differs significantly from the seamless, quick-cut videos that showcase the entire process in mere seconds or minutes. It is a creative endeavor demanding intense focus and significant mental and visual effort. We therefore appreciate your understanding regarding our relatively higher pricing.

5. Due to a steady stream of orders, we guarantee a delivery time of 3 to 7 days.

6. Pricing for realistic landscape sand art is determined by the number of figures depicted—including both people and pets. While illustrating two people doubles the workload and complexity, our pricing remains transparent.

7. Our prices are actually quite reasonable; a large portion of the cost goes to advertising platforms. In reality, even though adding a person to the image doubles the workload, the amount we actually charge the customer does not double.

How to place an order:

First, please upload a photo—ideally a close-up or medium-shot portrait showing a clear view of the face.
If you wish to include a written message in the sand art video, please specify it clearly in the message field; keep the text concise, as the limited canvas size of the sand art does not allow for lengthy messages.
Once you have filled in the required information, you can proceed to checkout and pay just as you would for any other product. As this is a digital product, there is no need to provide a physical shipping address.
If you have any special requests regarding the delivery of the sand art video, please include them in the "Remarks" section; we will do our best to accommodate them, or notify you via email if we are unable to do so.

Delivery Standards:
We will provide two videos and one photograph.
The deliverables consist of one short video (approximately 30 seconds), one long video (lasting a few minutes), and a photograph taken after the sand art is completed.
In the short video, the layout features your original uploaded photo on the left; on the right, the top section shows a photo of the finished sand art, while the bottom section displays the condensed 30-second video clip. This short video is designed for easy sharing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
The long video offers a detailed look at the entire sand art creation process and lasts approximately 3 to 5 minutes; it is ideal for posting on long-form video platforms like YouTube.
You can print and keep the photograph yourself, or have us print it and frame it in a traditional frame to ship to you—our service is likely much more cost-effective than doing it yourself. Alternatively, you could purchase a digital photo frame to display the sand art video and your favorite photos on a continuous loop.

If, upon receiving the sand art video we produced, you are dissatisfied with any aspect—and your request is reasonable—we are happy to make revisions and re-edit the video for you; however, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.
